You need to submit additional documents if a 3rd party transferred your Total Blocked Amount.
Please provide 3 different documents to satisfy the requirements. You cannot use one document for two requirements. For example: The National ID card may be a proof of identification or proof of address.
1. Proof of the 3rd party's Identification: Passport or ID card (color)
2. Proof of the 3rd party's address: Utility bills, ID cards or monthly bank statements, telephone bill, etc
3.Proof of Bank Transfer: Receipt of transfer from the bank
You can attach them to an email with your X-patrio user ID in the subject line to email@example.com
